Where is my order?

Your Soulmate Sketch will be delivered to your personal portal within the timeframe specified at purchase (24-48 hours for standard, 6 hours for priority). You receive the link to your portal by email, so please check your spam folder if you haven't received it.

How do I get a refund?

Just write to me at contato@osegredo.website with the email you used to order, or see my Refund Policy page.

Can I change my order details?

If you need to update any information for your sketch, please contact me immediately at contato@osegredo.website with your order details.

Is my payment secure?

Yes! All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted payment processor. I never store your credit card information.
